Equifax Credit reporting department,

Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone Texas

Trying to purchase a home, - and - creedit score in in the - range. However, Equifax rating is in the - range. I tried to reach Equifax and felt uncomfortable providing my Social Security over the phone. I reviewed the CFPB article on building and keeping good credit and I do not see anything in Equifax cedit report that would explain the low score. This is my basic complaint. Will you help please.
