I do not know Improper contact or sharing of info Contacted employer after asked not to Louisiana

I keep getting phone calls from this collection company at my place of employment. I have never given them permission to call my employment and if this continues I could possibly lose my job. I do not wish to get calls from them at my employment and this needs to stop immediately. On -/-/--the receptionist sent me this email because I was with a client and the person was rude to her, " Call from - with Portfolio Recovery Assoc. needs a call back at -. '' Today, the receptionist received another call from " Please call - - - ... ask if anything else in the message, she said no.. '' I looked the number up and it was Portfolio Recovery Associates - They have called several other times and again I can not have this going on. Is there anything I can do about this issue and if I loose my employment can I go after them for compensation?
