When I answered the call, the collector failed to identify herself, failed to identify where she was calling from, and failed to provide the - Miranda Warning or a - Miranda warning which is a violation -.. The collector was attempting to find my deceased mother who passed away in -. She then demanded a death certificate and when I refused, she proceeded to hang up on me. The same company has been contacting my grandmother and my father ( divorced two years prior to death ) for the past three years.
