Citibank Credit card department,
I made a payment of $400.00 from my Citibank Credit Card on - - - at a Citibank ATM located at - - - - , - - CA -. The ATM jammed and did not give me a receipt for the payment. I called the branch an hour later and they Branch Manager said they have the $400.00 that was jammed in the ATM and will make sure it gets credited to my account. It is now a week later and after many calls to Citibank Customer Service and the - Branch Office my $400.00 has not been credit to my account.
