This was a misunderstanding a couple of years ago I actually went to their office in - Michigan and they refused to help me with this issue they told me basically it was my problem they refused to write you guys a letter or write the company that is collecting a letter stating I owe them nothing more than my monthly bill I do not owe them any money I will go down there again speak with the manager and record the conversation and they will not do a thing to resolve this I asked them to call the credit card company or - - and they told me it 's my problem well they said they need to talk to while wow says another another thing I 'm getting really tired of this and it 's going to get very aggressive very quickly my phone number is - my name is - I want this resolved now by Monday morning I would like a phone call and this resolved or I will get a lawyer involved with wow. They are worse than - when it comes to building in customer service
