Attached CFPB response by - states they can not validate debt providing the original terms of offering because account was opened in 1987. Account has been charged off. See attached Truth in Lending Act requiring creditor or debt collector to provide copy of written agreement that created this alleged original requirement to pay. - continues to collect this debt that I never agreed to pay. See attached letter attempting to collect debt. I demand this harassment and continued violation of my consumer rights to be stopped.
