i hate doing this. it makes the bank mad and at a tough time for me it takes time. i have emailed - at least twenty times about this issue they seem to have the money to pay people to just secripting me to death. you will have this resolved blah blah spending more money to pay peoiple to send it then to refund me the dollar i ask for in interest DESPUTE its valid and its been returned before. please dont come back with that answer. i have heard it before i have millions of medical debt for my son and a ; lease on a home i own that was defaulted i dont need problems over a dollar. Red tape and bureacracy really impersonalizes the banking industry. I have had to suspend my use of the card. please refund without a script. - forgives my balance. i am a GOOD customer i want loyalty and am tired of scripts. you have spent more sending me scripts in the last 30 days then it would cost to refund me. PLEASE dont send credit card agreement not asking dont need. just need my dollar back please. this whole thing is demoralizing and time consuming.
