Bank of America Consumer Loan department,
Installment loan Managing the loan or lease California
I had an equity loan with Bank of America that was paid off on -/-/16. I have requested NUMEROUS times for them to send me an accounting of the figures closing out the loan. I believe it is call the Truth and Lending statement. They have continually refused and previously I complained to you because they refused to give me any information on this loan other than charging me an outrageous amount of interest that they did not break down or define at how it was arrived at. My prior case with you is, - # -. I received a letter from Bank of America today from their department that handles loans discharged in bankruptcy and has to do with my default. My loan has been paid in full. All I want is an accurate accounting of the end figures on that loan and now they have it in the resolution department in discharging a debt. I DEMAND FROM THEM A TRUTH AND LENDING STATEMENT AS TO WHAT HAPPENED AFTER MY LAST MONTHLY PAYMENT OF THE LOAN. i HAVE NOT DEFAULTED ON ANY LOAN AND IT HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL AND ACTUALLY HAS BEEN OVERPAID. I would also like to know Bank of America 's usual practices when a loan is paid off and how many - people they are ripping off. Thank you for looking into this matter for me. - - -
