On or around - -, 2016 - - collection agency representative called my office seeking a consumer on phone number -. Debt collection agency representative refused to give name of company and address to write cease and desist letter. Representative had wrong number in auto dialer system and continued to probe me as a third party despite the clear request for cease and desist information to be written per the FDPCA and similarly relating to Iowa debt collection law. Refusing to provide information is abuse and similarly did not resolve the issue of third party harassment. In relation to the same, the representative-agent refused to provide basic information about the company in order to conceal identities in relation to the nature of her debt collection activities.
