Installment loan Shopping for a loan or lease New Jersey

I 'm starting to think I might have been a victim of predatory lending. I am only 2.5 years into my auto loan with First Niagara Bank, and I 've noticed the current value of my car is only - and my auto loan balance is - How in the world did they sell a car for so much more than what the car was worth? I 've asked the lender if I could do some type of refinance to somehow save on interest so I could pay more to principal, and I ca n't I 'm stuck.
