I am a costomer of BB & T and have been for - years.I own a home and auto and owe nobody anything except a hospitol bill.For the last decade i have been helping my mom and dad with their health problems.I put in for a loan at BB & T for amount of -.They turned me down saying i didn`t have enough credit.Given their logic nobody comming out of high school or collage will ever be able to do banking with them.When i ask for an address for the board members to send them a letter complaining about this, they keep stonewalling me and will not let me complain directly.It seems that they are trying to hide incompadance from upper management.The paperwork i recieved from my loan applacation is very sloppy.Next i will contact the - on banking.If BB & T doesn`t wish to take care of taxpayers then taxpayers need not loan money to this type of a bank.
