Incorrect information on credit report Personal information South Carolina
So after spending hours on the phone weeks ago because of a lock on my credit and told to fax my social card and drivers license in to remove it I did.. Then I was told EQUIFA- removed my name from my social. So I was then told weeks ago the lock was removed and all was fine. So I then went to my bank to get a loan and they did pull my credit. So I am thinking my credit is unlocked. WRONG! My Social number pulled up my dads info!!! We have the same name but I 'm a - and he is a - We live at the same address but my birthday is -/-/- and his is -/-/-! So how does my social now pull up his?! So I called personal solutions and they pulled up my dads credit with MY social. They said I need to merge it and sent me to the " mixed department ''. When I got there they pulled up my credit that is MINE and MINE only just to tell me there is still a lock on it! I said well when the bank and personal solutions department brought my
- ''. I then called back and she was still NO HELP! How can ONE company with SO many departments bring up different credit reports on me but each department say I only have - credit report and do n't know what to do about it???!!! I was then told to ONCE again fax my SS card and Drivers license and wait ANOTHER 48 business hours. My credit ONLY active accounts I have is a - - credit card with a $4000.00 limit and a - credit card with a $7000.00 limit. THATS IT!!! Now if you look up my credit and if it has a mortage thru - - -/-/- and a - - - credit card from -/-/- and a car loan thru a credit union in -/-/-. THATS MY DADS NOT MINE! ..
