Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
Care Credit, which is owned by Synchrony bank, issued credit for dental some work performed on my daughter. It was a promotional no interest for 18 months. I have been paying on time with automatic payments and was not properly notified the no interest was coming to an end. No emails or phone calls. Now they have charged me 27 % interest on everything. I called them and offered to pay the remaining balance because the no interest ended only on -/-/2016 and today is -/-/2016 but they refused and still want to charged me the 27 %. This is extremely overboard. What can i do about this?
