Navy FCU Credit card department,
Hello. I am submitting a complaint about Navy Federal Credit Union. I was - majority of last year and was highly unable to handle my credit card bills due to bad bandwidth and our location restricted me from having internet access. I was unable to pay my bill so they ended up closing my account with sending me any notices, along with closing my account with them. Now I am paying on a credit card that is supposedly closed but I am still paying on it. I would like the late payments removed or the entire credit card reopen. if not, removed entirely. I never received any notices while underway.
