Equifax Credit Reporting Complaint

Equifax Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score South Carolina

I was trying to get a loan thru my bank and was told they could n't access my equifax report. So I called equifax and after being on hold for over 2 hours and transferred an got the run around I was told to fax my license and SS card because I had a sercuity freeze then wait 48 for them to get around to looking at it and removing the freeze. Well almost a week later when I still could n't access my report I was told I have a lock and my social sercuity number was removed off my name and would take 48 business hours to remove th lock that was stated in 2008 that was suppose to be canceled the same year. So I called today and now thy said it could be another 30 days to remove this control lock. Really?! After another 2 hours on hold and transferred all th place I get this.. How hard can this simple thing be to remove a lock and my banker be able to check my credit! You have no idea my frustrations with this process!
