We arranged with Remitly online for $100.00 to be transferred to a family member 's bank account in the -. The money was removed from our bank account but never transmitted to our family member. Remitly had vague answers over 6 days about the status of the transfer. We contacted our bank to dispute the charge and will make other financial arrangements for the transfer. We will not use Remitly again and advise anyone else to avoid this company.
