Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Illinois

I have a past due account with Tower Loan. My husband and I unfortunately had to make the decision to file a Chapter - Bankruptcy. We retained a lawyer and I informed a woman from Tower Loan, ( I believe her name may have been -? ) that we were filing. She became very nasty and rude with me, I just responded with my attorneys name and number. Instead of calling and verifying the information I gave her, this office just has continued to hound me and my husband. They have now resorted to calling our references. For what reason? They know we are filing bankruptcy, the only reason why they would keep calling us is to harass us. AND the only single reason they would call our references is to embarrass us. These are repetitious phone calls that are just intended to annoy, abuse, or harass me and my husband.
