Under Oklahoma law I am eligible for a EPP ( extended payment plan ) for my payday loan with Speedy Cash. ( My bank is - ) Speedy Cash refused an EPP because they said even though Oklahoma - allows unlimited EPP 's their company policy only allows one per year. So, I asked them to hold my loan a week and they refused that as well. The representative advised me to stop payment on the loan then make a payment plan ... .can you imagine?? I 've never stopped payment on anything in my life. If Speedy Cash is n't going to follow Oklahoma Law they should n't be able to operate in the state of Oklahoma.
