Closing/Cancelling account Florida
I WAS A WELLS FARGO CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YEARS. I HAD MY ACCOUNTS AND MAINTAINED THEM VERY WELL AND IN GOOD STANDARDS. WELLS FARGO DECIDED TO CLOSE MY ACCOUTS DUE TO " IMPROPER PRACTICES '' THEY THEN CLOSED MY CREDIT CARD AND STATED THAT THEY NO LONGER WANTED MY BUSINESS BECASUE THERE WERE " FRAUD '' ON MY CC. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALL OF FRAUD ON MY CC AND I NEVER COMMITED ANY TYPE OF FRAUD. ALL MY ACCOUNTS WERE SHUT DOWN WITHOUT JUST REASONS AND ALL THEY CAN SAY WAS FRAUD AND THEY NO LONGER WANTED MY BUSINESS. THEY NEVER E-PLAINED TO ME ANYTHING OR CALLED ME. I CALLED ONCE AND NO ONE THERE COULD GIVE ME AN ANSWER AS TO WHAT WAS GOING ON AND THEY TRANSFERRED ME FROM DEPT TO DEPT AND NO ONE WAS ABLE TO HELP OR GIVE A CLEAR REASON.
