Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone Tennessee

I contacted Equifax about - judgments that are still showing on my credit reports after multiple disputes and not receiving ANY documents to verify them. i gave the a call and spoke with the call center representative named -. She insisted that Equifax contacted the - - - - to verify the judgments, but was providing false information because I forwarded her a sealed and stamped letter from the courthouse stating that they do NOT in fact verify nor validate information with the credit bureaus and they also DO NOT report information to them. Equifax has parroted my public information from an unknown internet source,, lied to me about where it comes from, and refuses to remove it per the FCRA because it is unverifiable. I 'll attach a copy of the court documents. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
