Payday loan Can't stop charges to bank account Can't stop charges to bank account Ohio

I have enrolled in a Debt Management Program and contacted my payday lenders to revoke authorization for ach payments. Advance America responded to my email and agreed to stop the ach. The email included my account number for tracking purposes and the email address associated with the account. On -/-/- they went forward and withdrew the entire amount of the loan despite being contacted by me and by the Debt Management company. When I contacted them they said they had no record of a communication between us and they had never received any information from the company I was working with. I told them I had the email communication and they response I got was that they had no evidence of an email and it was too late for me to do anything about it. I spoke with the company I was working with and they indicated that they had emailed and faxed Advance America and spoke with a representative about the account. I had to find another way to obtain $2000.00 immediately on Friday in order to cover my account and keep it from going negative. It kept me from being able to pay additional bills. They also kept telling me that my state ( Ohio ) does not allow payment plans. That is absolutely incorrect as other lenders have set up payment plans with me.
