I had a credit card account with Citi Bank. I recently turned over my credit card debt to - - - as I became insolvent. I changed my profile information on my Citi Bank account to the contact information for - - -. However, Citi Bank began calling an old number they had on file for where I once lived some years ago with my sister. Citi Bank is now calling my sister 's telephone number multiple times day and night and weekends. My attempts at contact with Citi Bank have failed.
