I took out a title loan with Title Max, but shortly thereafter lost my job on -/-/-. I paid the loan up to -/-/-, but my employer fought the unemployment claim. I told Title Max on several occasions that they could come and get the car because I am not working and the car is just sitting there and accruing interest. I spoke to the Office Manager - and several others and they keep stating they will allow more time, or see what they can do. I told them I do n't want anymore time and asked that they come and get the car. They have refused 4 times. Meanwhile the car has gotten a ticket for still being in the lot and not having proper plates since it has not been driven since -/-/-. I am unemployed and have no way of getting the car to them ( gas money/- ) since my unemployment is the last drop of money I have. I believe Title Max is stalling in order to have the highest possible interest rate activated since they no I can not do anything about the situation. I have spoken with them -/-/-, several times in -/-/-, -/-/-, -/-/-, -/-/-, and -/-/-. They continue to call and harass me about paying.
