TMX Finance LLC Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease April 23, 2016 - I took out a title loan with Title Max, but shortly thereafter lost my job on -/-/-. I paid the loan up to -/-/-, but my employer fought the unemployment claim. I told Title Max on several occasions that they could come and get the car because I am not working and the car is just sitting there and accruing interest. I spoke to the Office Manager - and several others and they keep stating they will allow more time, or see what they can do. She took the title to my vehicle, the first page of my contract ( with my personal information on it ), and a letter from the state of TN denying their request to be made lien holder on my title to - - telling them to fill out a discharge of lien paper and give it to her because when - - released the lien on my title the store associate had not put the date next to her signature. This month I went to make a payment the loan is in my wife name we have - loans on her car I make - payment she makes the other. I regret this choice, as I can not afford to pay more than the monthly finance charge, which is 10.99 %.
