I made purchases with my debit card and I asked the bank to dispute the charges and it has taken about 3 months to finally recieve a provisional credit but then they decide within a week ( before I even receive the dispute forms ) to deny my case and now this issue has spread to my credit card companty and I am really upset at the way this situation has not been taken seriously by the bank and I am ready to retain legal action if necessary.
