Good Morning, For the past month I have been working solely with Equifax to try and rectify an issue with my credit report being frozen, locked, or blocked. I am in the preliminary steps of of purchasing a home and I have been held up for months now because my lender is unable to access my Equifax report. She is able to access - and - but continues to state that Equifax is locked or frozen. Equifax has been extremely unresponsive and unprofessional with this matter. I have spent myriad hours on the phone with them to no avail. I ask that you please contact Equifax and remove ALL freezes/ locks/ blocks on my account and please notify me when you have completed this. I am glad that this resource is available because it has been extremely frustrating trying to resolve this with Equifax.
