I signed up with Bill Me Later. I linked a bank account to make payments on that account. When paypal brought out Bill Me Later I suddenly have a Paypal credit account. So my bank account remained linked now to my Paypal credit account. Paypal was always suppose to use my paypal credit for any charges. It went this way for a long time. Then suddenly last month Paypal used my linked bank account to make charges. I called them and informed them I never authorized my bank account to be used as a form of paying for items. It is only used to make payment to paypal credit. They said okay and now they have charged my bank once again and caused the account to overdraft. I have never linked an account to paypal only to Bill Me Later which turned into Paypal credit.
