My husband and I issued the attached complaint letter to Fifth Third Bank attention Office of the President. We received an apology letter as a response. I do not feel that this is sufficient based on the banks shortcomings in their communication, lack of preparation for the new mortgage guidelines and delays in the closing process. Our closing process was the most stressful situation we have ever experienced and this is admittedly Fifth Thirds fault.
