Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Wisconsin
The company offering the Loan is LoanME inc. I entered into an agreement with them -/-/-, after making a payment in -/-/- I was unable to pay for the payment in -/-/- due to losing client business. I restructured the loan in -/-/- to lower payments and entered new terms. The company continues to report on the old terms to - but had marked payment in - - and In - - as current. I unfortunately missed another payment -/-/-, and had to renegotiate the terms again ( this company offers interest rate over 100 % for life of your loan and much higher if you take loan to term ). When I missed the -/-/- payment, the company advised me that they were now going to reverse the " current payments '' -/-/- and - - as missed. They suggested they are allowed to do this bases on there legal contract. The company now has marked my credit 30 days late in -/-/-, 30 days late in -/-/- even though I made the agreed upon payment, 60 days late in -/-/- even though I made they agreed upon payment, and 90 days late in -/-/-. ( payment was only 30 days late ) The company practices extremely deceitful and unfair credit reporting on - and takes away your on time payments even though I paid them on time on there new agreed upon terms. This company should not be allowed to report to a credit bureau and is not looking out for the best interest of the consumer and practices unfair and deceitful credit reporting.
