I traded in my toyota Rav4 on -/-/2016 on -/-/2016 tmcc finance company received the check for the payoff from the dealer where I traded my suv. they have the check and continue to collect on a debt I do n't owe. they made a mistake on their end and continue to penalize me, add fees and have marked my credit report as 30 days past due.
