AS BECAUSE OF THIS BANK ACTION $48.00 DOLLARS IS MISSING FROM MY BANK CHECKING ACCOUNT. THIS BEGAN THURSDAY - - AS A MERCHANT REQUEST FOR PAYMENT CAME IN FOR IN WHICH THE BANK PAID AND CHARGED THE $35.00 INS.FUNDS FEE THIS MADE MY ACCOUNT BALANCE A NEGATIVE - $8.00. EARLY FRIDAY MORNING I MADE A CASH DEPOSIT FOR - DOLLARS THIS BROUGHT MY ACCOUNT IN THE POSITIVE TO $-, LATER THAT MORNING VIA ONLINE BANKING I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT BALANCE IT WENT FROM - TO. $160.00 MISSING $35.00 dollars. ADDITIONALLY THE BANK CHARGED MY ACCOUNT A MONTHLY SERVICE CHARGE FEE OF $8.00 BUT I HAVE A NO INTEREST EARNINGS CHECKING ACCOUNT WITH NO MONTHLY SERVICE FEE CHARGES. AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WOULD NOT EMAIL OR US POSTAL MAIL SEND ME A CLAIM FORM FOR THIS ISSUE, THANK YOU.
