I currently have Rushmore, ore Loan Servicing as the lender for my mortgage. I have receive several conflicting reports about my mortgage payments. I am currently up to date on my monthly payment s.. Payments have been sent and returned to me and additional late fee applied. This has occurred on more than - occasion. Request for a loan modification application have not been sent. I have most recently received a letter with an intent to foreclose. I like to have my account current and maintain monthly payment as to such time I have paid the loan off.
