Checking account Using a debit or ATM card Nevada

Citibank has sent me to collections because of a checking account that I had with them was overdrawn due to fraudulent charges. I call and call and call and no one gets back to me or assists me. My checking accounts with them are overdrawn because someone stole my identity and used my accounts, not sure how they did it when there was n't much money in the accounts.
