Santander Bank US Consumer Loan department,
Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay California
I had a auto loan issued by Sovereign Bank and they sold it to Santander. Now Santander is reporting the account illegally reporting 90+ day lates month after month since the charge off date and have it listed as a 240 month loan. This was a car loan and car loans are n't 240 months just further confirming that they do n't even have the correct information to report this. I have tried multiple times disputing through the bureaus to no avail and have been ignored in demanding that these companies provide all the documentation showing they have it and are reporting correctly. Please help I tried to go through the proper channels and have been brushed aside.
