AES/PHEAA Student loan department,
Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Don't agree with fees charged Massachusetts
I am writing regarding American Education Services. I have had a student loan out since 2004 for $23000.00 and now 12 years later is only down to $22000.00. The interest rate is 3.75 %. I have - the company to see if other people have had problems and there are - of complaints about how people have been paying more than the minimum and the balance is not going down. I feel, after so long that this company is getting away with taking people 's money and would like it if you can do some more behind the scenes investigating. I believe this company owes us thousands of dollars that we have spent for something that should have been paid off years ago. Any help with this or advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated. Kind Regards, -
