We have a mortgage with Roundpoint Mortgage Servicing. Apparently the escrow balance changed which changed our monthly payment. Roundpoint has debited our - checking account for the old amount, but will not apply this to our payment. They have not called, emailed or otherwise contacted me or my wife. Now they have added a " late payment '' fee and consider the account overdue and " in default. '' I have emailed them over 20 times on their site and they have not read or responded. I have called and left messages as per their instructions and nobody has called me back.
