- - 2016 I am filing this Complaint because Paypal 's response to my earlier Complaint ( - ) made no attempt to resolve the matter in question, namely a $250.00 refund issued from - to Paypal. Paypal 's response was nothing more than a reiteration of the conversations I have had with them over the past several months. The - item Paypal requested in their complaint - the email from - indicating the transfer to them of the $250.00 - was faxed to them on - - 2016, to the fax number they provided ( - ) in their response. The Transaction # - in this email was furnished to your staff in my our last conversation and in my Complaint.

Paypal 's actions fall short of the actions of all other financial institutions I have dealt with, who have always contacted the merchant to resolve a problem. I trust that Paypal will now take the actions noted above, that their fiduciary responsibility requires, to work with - to resolve this matter. Further, as you know all purchased items were returned to - shortly after purchase. You can confirm this with -. So the return of the items is a mute point and not at issue. As - is a party to this matter they have also been named in this compliant. - - -
