PNC Bank fails to provide a fair and easy system for non-bank members to submit auto loan payments. I got stuck with PNC when I bought a vehicle at a dealership and found out that PNC has provided - different websites for receiving payments. Forced to use - to start which later disappears. I then have to use a 3rd party system which also discontinues, and now I am stuck with the worst version -. This site fails to set up automated payments, fails to notify me of anything online when payments do not submit or if I am late. I have no records of payments made from other sites or the version my past employer was forced to setup just to pay on my truck one year. Only thing you can see is the montly payment information. What if I want to pay extra on principal one month - How do I know they processed it correctly!! No phone calls come in until AFTER 30 days late which they quickly report to credit bureaus. They will not talk about options to have it corrected and will not provide me a better system of making reliable payments. For such a wealthy corporation to use a website that my - - - could build is beyone me! I truly think the inconvenience is intentional to force you to send a blank check or open a bank account with them. Then they can take full advantage of me I am sure. No Thanks! I want my credit report fixed NOW!!
