My complaint is with Experian, - and - about an account on my credit report listed under - -. The bureaus are damaging my character and an overly burdensome task to have this rectified. I have never owned a - vehicle and never made any late payments. I have worked with - - and sent many letters asking them to provide documentation that they are using to confirm the account is mine, and that i had made said late payments. I request this account be removed from my credit report if they can not provide requested proof/documentation. I have rights under the FCRA to seek relief and recover all monetary damages that I may be entitled to under Section 616 and Section 617 regarding their continued willful and negligent noncompliance with my requests. I pray for relief from this overly burdensome mark on my credit. I certify that this said vehicle was never mine and I never made late payments to - -.
