AES/PHEAA Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't decrease my monthly payments California

I had a private loan dispersed with National Collegiate Trust. There is not phone number to contact them or anything like that. I deal with American Education Services to pay my bill and apparently they give National Collegiate Trust the payment. I ca n't afford the payment and they are not working with me to lower my payment. My interest in 7 % and my loan is too high due to interest. the Original loan was taken out for $28000.00 and has now increased to $51000.00 They have doubled the interest and will not work with me. I have tried to work with them by paying some of the payment, however, they still call and harass me to make payments I ca n't afford. My account number is, -. My name is - -.
