I have a loan with this company for years. Always pay early and more than is due. They called about 4 weeks ago offering me to renew and get over $1000.00. I didnt do it at that time. I called a couple of days ago to see about getting money, the next day they said they can only get me $500.00. No reason why. The manager - wont get on the phone. They pulled my credit and will not give me an answer as to why they dont want to give me the money they originally promised. That goes against the FCRA. I deserve an explanation!
