Credit reporting company's investigation inadequate help over the phone
Equifax Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone Connecticut
Equifax told me that they can not allow me access to my credit report. I spoke with - in the Office of Consumer Affairs. I informed him that neither I, nor creditors, could access my credit report. HE TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING HE WAS WILLING TO DO AND I JUST HAD TO LIVE WITH IT. I literally can not apply for credit and have no idea what is in my report. He offered to send me a copy of my credit report but this is not helpful because creditors still ca n't access the report. I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER COPY OF THE REPORT MAILED I WANT IT FI-ED SO I CAN ACCESS THE REPORT ELECTRONICALLY AND SO CAN CREDITORS. This is my third complaint about the topic and Equifax never responds correctly, they just send another paper version. I have even been denied access to the report through Equifax itself so clearly they know what the problem is but refuse to fix it. Attached is a screenshot showing the denial.
