Citibank Credit card department,
Unsolicited issuance of credit card Missouri
Citi is sending me an unrequested, pre-approved credit card in the mail. I never asked for it. I did n't want it. But, when I called them to tell them not to send it, they said it was coming anyway. - I thought credit card companies were forbidden from sending credit cards to people who did n't request them. How can they do this? The problem started because I am a - member who has an - through -. When - said the were going to stop partnering with -, I called -. - said that they would not send a Citi card unless I requested it. But, as you can see from the attached -/Citi mail, they are sending one to every - cardholder whether they wanted one or not.
