This account was submitted to Cfpb on -/-/-, as a collection report on my - Credit Report. As of -/-/-, this acct. was removed from -. I am requesting that Transunion also remove this as well. The company did report that it would remove this acct. from collections. Company placed these accts. in collections for dates of service : -/-/-, -/-/-, -/-/-, -/-/-, and -/-/-. These were for injections for my knee weekly @ $600.00 per injection. Prior authorization from office manager told me that they would accept whatever my insurance company paid and I would not have any additional charges sent to me. The company has agreed to remove the $330.00 charge and submit it as closed. They have only submitted to - and still have this collection showing on my Transunion Credit Bureau.
