Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone Florida

I am filing a complaint because equifax is giving me a hard time in putting a security freeze on my file. My file is being handled by there consumer affairs department and it is always a problem when i need to request anything from them. I need a security freeze added to my file immediately.
