Coastal Credit LLC ( - - - -, - -, VA - Phone : ( - ) - -- ) has refused to let me pay off my vehicle and report to the credit bureaus that it has been paid. They said they will not provide me with a letter saying that it will be paid. I want to know that if I make this final payment that it will be reported to the credit bureaus.
