Synchrony Financial Credit Card Complaint

Payoff process

Synchrony Financial Credit card department,

Payoff process New York

I have a Care Credit Card account with Synchrony Bank for medical/dental expenses. In - of - Synchrony Bank enrolled me in a hardship program offering me 0 % APR for 48 months at $45.00 a month. As of - - Synchrony Bank has reneged on our agreement and started charging and adding interest to my account. I have called four different times and spoke to four different managers to rectify this to no avail. I have a letter from Synchrony Bank depicting our agreement and I advised four different managers of this as well. In return I was told this is my responsibility to pay with the interest. Three managers said, the interest will be removed after the bill is paid in full. How will someone know when the bill is paid in full when interest is constantly added. This is a hardship for me seeing as I am a - in - and I am enrolled in a - program that 's based on my income to debt ratio. Adding this interest to my account will increase my debt which will wreck havoc with the - program. Please help me with this as soon as possible. I should n't be responsible for the interest per our agreement as well as a written letter stating the account will have 0 % APR interest for four years.
