Hi my name is - - and I 'm contacting you concerning my PNC car loan for 2008 - i paid the balance off which came from my - which was - in a check form which did clear my bank cause the first two times the numbers we 're entered inccorectly so i sent a check but they still has i owe them so i want this cleared up i have never been late on any payments until 3 months ago and always paid a little more then i fell behind and they meaning PNC had no compassion so went into my - and paid it off now want my full credit
