Santander Consumer USA Holdings Inc Credit card department,
I was charged a - late fee on my account. Santander posted my payment 3 days late. Santander stated that they received and posted my payment the day it was received. I do not believe that 1, because - service is not that slow, it was mailed 10 days before it was posted, 2, because all other payments mailed on that date managed to get delivered on time. I want the - credited back to my account, along with any finance charges associated with this charge.
