In - I received a letter stating " Green Tree Servicing LLC and DiTech Mortgage Corp will combine to form DiTech Financial LLC, known as ditech, a - -, effective - -, 2015. '' In - 2015, DiTech sent me a notice of default. However, since - 2015 I have been trying to provide the documents DiTech requested to approve a loan modification. It has taken DiTech almost 4 months to accept all of my documents and approve me for a loan modification. I have now been waiting over a month for DiTech Representaive - - - to forward me an overnight envelope with the loan modification doccuments for me to sign.
